At David Astburys they're not just business partners - they're lifelong friends who grew up together in the local north London market. They attended schools like Alexandra Park School, Woodhouse College, and Christchurch College. They all started their careers working in both independent businesses and corporate environments.
They began to see a gap in the market for an estate agency that was independent but still had a corporate edge. They saw a massive opportunity in the market for an estate agency that combined the best of both worlds - independent spirit and corporate expertise - and they believed that they fit perfectly into that niche.
So, they decided to take the leap and create David Astburys estate agency. From the beginning, their goal was to provide a high-touch, personalized service to their clients while also creating a fun and supportive work environment for their team. They believe that a happy team leads to happy clients, and they're proud to say that their approach is working. They are proud to be the community agent!

Our journey of finding the perfect HQ 

Believe it or not, their flagship office was found in the most unexpected way. After delivering 300 letters to local businesses, they were invited to a toy shop in Crouch End called...well, they won't name names, but let's just say it stole their hearts.
Within 10 minutes of meeting the owner and understanding her situation, they knew they had found their heartbeat. That toy shop was the perfect place for them to call home and grow their business.
It's funny how life works out sometimes. They thought they had to search high and low to find their flagship office, but it turns out that it was right under their noses all along, and they couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.
And you know what? It worked! They found their perfect home and have been growing ever since. They may have started out as a small company of 8 people, but they've grown into something much bigger - a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing the best possible service to their customers.
